Window Cleaning in Pinecrest, FL

Pinecrest homes are big and the windows are bigger. Most of the village sits on acre lots with two-story houses built or rebuilt since the 1990s: tall foyer glass, rows of French doors onto the pool, and a screened enclosure over all of it. A typical Pinecrest exterior clean is 60–120 panes, which is why we quote after a walk-around rather than over the phone.

The specific Pinecrest issue is irrigation. A lot of the village still runs sprinklers on well water, which is heavy in iron and calcium. It hits the lower glass every morning and dries into orange-white spotting that ordinary cleaning won't move. We treat those panes with a mineral-removal scrub, then show you which heads to turn a few degrees so it stops.

Because the lots are large and the houses set back under old oaks, we work from the ground with 40-foot water-fed poles wherever they reach — no ladders leaning on barrel tile or rain gutters unless a window truly needs one.
