Alec was not only punctual but extremely professional. He gave me a quote in a matter of 15 minutes, he came to the residence and the windows look brand new. I highly recommend this Company.

What the glass is up against
Kendall is where we do the most volume: single-story CBS homes from the 1970s–90s in Kendale Lakes, The Hammocks, Lakes of the Meadow and around Town & Country, plus townhouse communities and mid-rise condos near Dadeland. The houses are simpler to clean than an estate — one story, 20–40 panes, a screened patio — so a full exterior usually takes under two hours.
Two things come up constantly in Kendall. Sprinklers on county water leave calcium spotting on the front windows, and the west-facing sliders onto the patio get baked all afternoon, which cooks fingerprints and dog-nose prints onto the glass. We do the inside of those sliders by hand and clear the tracks while we're there.
HOA communities are fine — we've worked in most of the gated ones off Kendall Drive and Killian, and we'll handle the gate call.

It's was a great experience. They came on time. They took around 40 minutes to complete the job and the windows were super clean!
