All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted upon on-site evaluation. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion. Service availability is subject to scheduling and weather conditions.
Only exterior window cleaning is included in our main service. Screen cleaning, track cleaning, and interior window cleaning are separate services and are not included unless specifically quoted and agreed upon.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coast Window Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms & Conditions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
